CPU 1000 - TECHNOLOGY WHICH WILL CONVINCE YOU
The CPU 1000 is a compact, pretested & standardized machine for the production of biodiesel:

• From oils and fats of vegetable and animal origin, or used edible oils
• Designed for 24 hour operation
• Produces 1000 liters of biodiesel per hour (8 000 000 liters per year)
• Installed in a 20ft. ISO container
• Quality assurance testing prior to delivery

The following information represents the requirements of the feedstock oil and raw materials used in the CPU:

• Oils and fats of vegetable or animal origin
• FFA content < 1.5%
• Water content < 0.1%
• Phosphor Content < 20 ppm 
• Solids (Particle size < 20 Microns) 25-35 mg/kg
• Free from solids and other substances
• Methanol: Technical grade
• KOH (potassium hydroxide)

The result of CPU 1000 transesterification is high quality biodiesel meeting all relevant standards.
